How do I refund and cancel my order in Parcels PH?

This serves as a guide for Parcels PH users regarding the Refund and Cancellation process of the Parcels PH app.

Cancel & Refund an Order

Follow these steps on how to Refund your orders in Parcels PH:
1.      In the Parcels PH homepage, click the Ongoing status section.
2.      Click an order with an ‘Assigning A Rider’ as its substatus.
Note: Orders with an Ongoing status will appear here.

3.      Scroll down in the Order Details page.

4.      Click Cancel Order.

Important Note: Once an order has been STARTED FOR PICKUP, it can NO longer be cancelled.
5.      Click Yes.

6.      Choose a reason for cancellation in the Cancel Order page.
7.      Click Proceed.

8.      A loading screen will appear.

9.      Another screen will appear saying that your order has been cancelled.

Important Note: There are times when the GCash system immediately credits the refund payment to the respective GCash account. To know what to do if the refund for your order fails, click here.
Note: Once your refund payment has been successfully credited to your account, you can Rebook the order. Check how to rebook your order here.
