Know how to access your different account features and your profile details, and how to contact Support, or search your orders in the Parcels PH app.

Profile & Account Details
1. Open the Parcels PH app (GCash).
2. Click the Burger menu icon (upper right corner).
3. The following sections can be found:
a. Account Details - Contains the Profile Name, Mobile Number (GCash number), and Email Address.
b. Cashback - Shows the amount of cashback you have earned. These can be achieved by joining Parcels PH’s promos and using the Book Any feature.
c. Orders - Ongoing, Completed, and Cancelled orders can be viewed here.
d. Address Book - Your saved addresses or places can be viewed here.
e. Terms and Conditions - The Terms and Conditions of the Parcels PH app can be viewed here.
f. Privacy Policy - The Privacy Policy of the Parcels PH app can be viewed here.
g. About Parcels - The About Us section. The app and build version can be found here.
Contact Parcels PH Support
1. Open the Parcels PH app.
2. Click the Help button.
3. The following buttons will appear:
a. Parcels PH Email Address
b. Chat with Live Support – Click to have a chat with our support team.
c. Visit our Help Center – Click to be redirected to our Knowledge Base site. This includes instructional manuals for users.
d. Submit a ticket – Click to submit a ticket to our support.
Search Orders
1. Open the Parcels PH app.
2. Click the Search icon.
