What are the different order statuses in Parcels™?

Order Statuses
This module is a guide on the statuses that you might encounter after adding a new order in the Parcels™ app.
This article may update from time-to-time without notice. Kindly refresh frequently to view updates.

My Orders Page

The following statuses that can be seen in the My Orders section:
1.      Pending
            a. Assigning Rider
            b. Rider has been assigned
            c. Rider is on the way to the delivery location

2.      Cancelled

pending - cancelled

View Past Orders

This is where you could see your past orders’ status with their following payment status:
1.      Order Status
            a. Completed
            b. Cancelled



2.      Payment Status
            a. Paid
            b. For Refund
            c. Refunded
