How do I enter the pickup address for my On-Demand order in the Parcels™ app?
On-Demand: Add Pickup Address
Know how to add a pickup address while creating a new order in the Parcels™ app (GCash).

1. Click
the Pickup Location field.
2. The Search by places page will appear. You can:
a. Manually
enter the pickup address.
b. Click
an address in the Suggested address (if it shows your
exact location).
c. Choose
from your Address Book.
3. The Pickup Location page will appear.
4. Enter
the Pickup Details:
a. Floor and unit number
b. Contact Name
c. Phone Number
d. Notes to rider
App
Note: Click the Save this place checkbox to easily save the
pickup address to your Address Book.
5. Click Confirm Pickup Location.
6. You
will now go back to the Parcels app homepage. You can now add your drop-off/delivery
address.
