On-Demand: Add New Order

Know how to add a new on-demand order and successfully place them in the Parcels™ app.

Add New On-Demand Order
1. Open the Parcels PH app (GCash).

App Note: The On-Demand Delivery tab is the default section upon opening the Parcels PH app.

App Note: On-Demand couriers can also be
seen.
2. Enter the pickup address by tapping in the Pickup Location field.

3. Enter the delivery address by tapping in
the Drop-off Location field.

know more. 4. Click the Pickup Now selection and choose the following pickup times:
a. Pickup Now (As soon as possible)
b. Pickup Later (Current date and time) - Upon clicking, choose your preferred date and time then
click Confirm Schedule.
5. Click the Motorcycle selection. Choose from the following vehicles:
a. Motorcycle
b. Sedan
c. Van L300
d. Van Multicab
e. MPV
f. Truck

App Note: Available courier/s will depend on the selected vehicle.
6. Click the Add Item Details selection and enter the following:
a. Product Type - Documents, Clothing, Fragile, Electronics, Medical, Others
b. Approximate Weight

App Note: Click Confirm when done.
7. Click the Choose Courier selection. Choose from the following:
a. Book Any Courier (Advance) - Lets our system choose an available courier for you.
b. On-Demand Couriers (Regular) - Choose from Grab, PandaGo, or Lalamove. Availability may
depend on your location and chosen vehicle (Step 5).
8. Click Review Order.
9. Review the order summary in the Payment
Summary page.

App Note: Item insurance is automatically
applied based on your chosen courier’s insurance.

Additional Field: Driver’s Tip (Optional)

App Note: You can also choose to apply the
cashback or voucher codes (for promos).
10. Click Pay with GCash.
11. The GCash Payment page will appear.
Click Pay [amount].
12. Click Proceed.
13. Wait for the order to be placed.
14. Once the order is successfully placed, the
app will now search for a rider.
15. You will be directed to the homepage after
a few seconds.

App Note: After successfully booking, your
ongoing order/s can now be viewed in the Ongoing
Deliveries section in your homepage. Just click View All.
