1. Open the Parcels app (Ship & Deliver).
2. The default
page to appear
is the ‘Home’.
Note: This is
where you can
view your favorite
couriers, ongoing orders, recently used
addresses,
and/or available vouchers.
All Orders
1. Open the Parcels app (Ship & Deliver).
2. Click All Orders.
3. There are 3 tabs in the All Orders Page: Ongoing,
Cancelled, and Completed.
My Cashback
1. Open the Parcels app (Ship & Deliver).
2. Click My
Cashback.
3. The following details can be seen in the My Cashback page:
a. Cashback Balance - Click ‘How it Works’ to know more.
b. Cashback Transactions - View how much cashback
points have you Used and/or Earned.
Note: Click the Ellipsis button to view the Transaction
Details (Order No., Date & Time, Amount, Reference
Number).
