Address Book

This module is a guide on how to add an address to the Parcels™ Address Book, to easily select a pickup address for future deliveries.

Add New Address
To Add a New Address to your Address Book:
1. In the Homepage, click Address Book.
2. Click Add New Address.
3. Enter the following Contact Person details:
a. Contact No.
b. Full Name
c. Email Address (Optional)
4. Enter the following Address details:
a. Unit/Floor/House No.
b. Building/Street
c. Province/City/Barangay
d. Postal Code (Optional)
e. Landmark (Optional)

Note: Once the Province/City/Barangay field is selected, you can select or search from the list of Provinces, Cities, or Barangays.
5. Set the address as:
a. Home, or;
b. Office
6. Click Submit Details.
7. Review the address in the Pin Location map.
8. Click Confirm Address Location.
Set Default Pickup Address
To Set an Address as a ‘Default Pickup Address’:
1. In your Address Book list, click the Ellipsis button of the address you want to set as Default Pickup.
2. Click Set as default pickup.
3. The Pickup Address will now be labeled as “Default Pickup”.
Update Existing Address
To Edit an Address in your Address Book:
1. In the Address Book list, click the Ellipsis button of the address you want to Edit.
2. Click Edit.
3. Make the necessary changes.
4. Click Submit Details.
5. Review the address in the Pin Location map.
6. Click Confirm Address Location.
Remove Existing Address
To Delete an Address in your Address Book:
1. In the Address Book list, click the Ellipsis button of the address you want to Delete.
2. Click Delete.
3. Click Yes.
