How do I book my same-day or on-demand deliveries?

This module is a guide on how Users can add on-demand orders on the Parcels™ app.

Add New Order: On-Demand
To Add a New On-Demand Delivery Order:
1. In the Parcels™ homepage, click Add New Order.
2. Click On-demand Delivery.
3. Choose between Pickup Now (ASAP) or Pickup Later (Set pickup time).
Note: For Pickup Later, choose FIRST the Pickup Time and Date before adding the Order Details.
4. Enter the following delivery details:
a. Pickup Details (Pickup Address, Sender Details)
b. Drop-off Details (Drop-off Address, Recipient Details)
c. Vehicle type
d. Item Type
e. Courier
f. Declared Item Price
g. Item Insurance
5. Click Review Payment Summary.
6. Review the order details in the Payment Summary section.
7. Click Pay with GCash.
8. The User will now be redirected to the GCash payment section.
9. Click Pay.
Note: Make sure that the GCash wallet has sufficient amount to proceed with the payment.
10. Click Proceed.
Note: Wait for our system to place your order first. A confirmation screen will appear when your order is placed. Click the View My Orders button to be redirected to the booking.
